What is the ESR Australia & NZ Agent Recognition Program?
ESR’s Agent Recognition Program offers extraordinary experiences through our partnership with the worldwide hospitality loyalty program, ALL - Accor Live Limitless. The program is to recognise our agents and reward them through ALL Reward points which can be used through our partnership with Accor.
Qualifying agents can earn more, explore more and enjoy more with ESR Australia & NZ.
How does it work with Accor Live Limitless?
ESR Australia & NZ have partnered with ALL - Accor Live Limitless as our fulfilment partner. ALL – Accor Live Limitless gives its members offers, rewards and experiences to enjoy high-end, once-in-a- lifetime VIP experiences in sport, art, dining, travel, wellness, shopping and entertainment.
Use your points for travel, accommodation, experiences, and shopping with ALL- Accor Live Limitless.

How can I apply/ qualify for the ESR Recognition Program?
Entry to the program will be via qualifying for Accor’s paid loyalty program, Accor Plus, an annual paid membership subscription program valid throughout the Asia Pacific which will give new members automatic Silver recognition status in Accor's free to join the global program, ALL - Accor Live Limitless. By entering via Accor Plus agents are automatically guaranteed they will be recognised as a sliver status member from their first stay at an Accor property.
Qualified entry into the program will be eligible for a 12-month Accor Plus membership with associated benefits upon completion of a leasing deal.
As an agent, you do not need to apply. Our system will notify us if you have qualified, and we will be in contact to invite you into the program.
How will I know if I’ve qualified to the program?
Upon completing a leasing deal our system will notify us that you have qualified for the program. We will contact you via email to congratulate you and invite you to the program. You may choose at this point in time to agree to join or not.
How do I earn points?
Points will be awarded calculated at 4% of total agents fee (based on annual average rent)
ESR Program Calculator:
4% of Agents Fee based on average annual rent x 31 = Accor Reward points Accrued
Example:
A leasing deal of 10,000sqm at a rent of $150/sqm for a lease term of 10 years will equate to 319,842 points, with a value of equivalent of $10,317
On receipt of leasing data qualified by ESR Australia & NZ leasing team, ESR Australia & NZ will determine the total number of ALL Reward points to be awarded to the agent and assign these to the individual and advise them via email communications when new points are added.
How do I redeem my points?
You can redeem your ALL Reward points in multiple ways via the ALL- Accor Live Limitless ecosystem:
• Online with your ALL Member Id

When I’m invited to the program what do I need to do?
You will be notified via email from ESR Australia & NZ with an invitation to the program once you have achieved the required qualification. Once you have accepted our program T’s & C’s you will then be awarded an Accor Plus Membership with Silver status in ALL - Accor Live Limitless.
Accor Plus will send through a Welcome and On-boarding email to help you get started.
I have questions on the Accor Plus membership, where should I go?
As part of the ESR Australia & NZ Agents Recognition Program we want to ensure the best customer experience for our agents and for the first year we will enter you into the Accor Plus tier which has a range of great benefits! Including a complimentary night say, up to 50% off dining at Accor Pacific locations, and early access to Accor Live Limitless super sales.

What happens to my Accor Plus membership after the 12months are up?
As part of our ESR Australia & NZ Agents Recognition program, the Accor Plus 12-months paid membership is part of the reward when you qualify.
If you do not complete any leasing deals with ESR Australia & NZ within 12-months of commencement of the program your paid Accor Plus membership will lapse and your existing points will be retained within the complimentary ALL - Accor Live Limitless program, in accordance with ALL - Accor Live Limitless terms & conditions.
What if I don’t qualify, how can I still be involved?
Unfortunately, to be part of the program you need to qualify as per our T’s & C’s. However, you are still able to sign-up up for our recognition program marketing & communication emails to keep you informed of the great benefits available when you do qualify. To subscribe click here.
